  • Our Leadership Assessment + Coaching includes an individual assessment (DiSC or Predictive Index) followed by a one-on-one debrief with a coach to build self-awareness and leadership insight. You can also choose to expand this into a Team Assessment, where every member completes the assessment and we provide a team report and strategy session with the leader to explore group dynamics and strengthen alignment. This package is an excellent add-on to a team workshop or training, giving both individuals and teams the data they need to grow and perform effectively.

  • Our Leadership Coaching Package is a high-level, short-term investment designed to provide leaders with quick, impactful support. In less than 90 days, participants complete a leadership assessment and debrief, then work one-on-one with a coach to create a focused development plan.
